I like the hotel very much. But they need to change the carpets at the corridor, they were smelly which caused by water leakage.

And, the major problem was the toilet flush. The stuffs couldn't be flushed away and there were dirt came out with the water. I am not sure is every room having the same problem as I didn't see any complaint at the reviews.

But the toilet in front of the restaurant is having the same problem. Anyway, I will give them the second chance. Everything is good, big room for couple, reasonable price and near to entertainment place.

Near to shopping and food area. Will stay again in future. It was quite pleasant to stay in the Vouk Hotel, as it is clean and have one comfortable queen bed. The hotel is newly refurbished when we went there.

The staffs can even speak Malay it was really a surprise to us and really eased the communication. Attractions, various food stalls and convenient stalls are within walking distant. We can literally walked to the hotel from the border check point while having a few snacks along the way. Love it! A bit surprised with the room.

Good stopover hotel if you are waiting to cross border that serves good spread of breakfast although egg station only serves sunny side ups, no omelette , good sized pool, in house spa with compatible price as outside, both Thai and Malaysian tv channels, large rooms with large sized beds.

Will stay again should traveling north into Thailand again. The free shuttle service was excellent as the location of the resort is a bit away from the town.

I would like to make another trip there sometime in July. I can not say it was super clean. Anyway breakfast was bad. I didn't see any Thai food but Chinese and Malay. I asked for cell phone charger and later they sent some mechanic guy.

The room is very clean and comfortable, the jacuzzi is clean and works well, the view from the room is marvellous too but I really like the friendly capable staffs there, most of them can speak Chinese, Malay, english and Thai. Swimming pool was great, big and clean and nice ambient. I will sure recommend this place to my friends and family. I also do plan to go there again for another stay soon.
