Posted by Na 10 years ago. I ordered a dress from Milanoo I was thrilled to receive it was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen!!! Spent dollars on it. Doesn't fit even though it was custom the beading was poorly done and their was double the material on the Left side.

I've tried multiple times to reach someone to return it. To ship it back it would be dollars because thy require a tracking number!!!! Total scam!!!!

Posted by Steph 10 years ago. Well ordering went smoothly. Once I ordered I received an email confirmation confirming my order and then another email when it had shipped. It arrived very quickly which I was happy with It was FAR from the dress I had ordered. The colour of the dress was most certainly not a pink as shown in the picture and stated , it was peach.

The lace was very cheap and the bows were not sewn on like in the picture but attached with safety pins! I wanted to return this dress because I was extremely disappointed and was most certainly not keeping it. I politely emailed them explaining why I was not satisfied, I eventually got a reply explaining that I would have to ship it back and surprise surprise I would be the one paying for it.

Well I shipped it off recorded and insured to assure that it would get back. Well when it did arrive there was no reply saying I was going to be refunded. Eventually I had no choice but to open a paypal claim who eventually refunded me when there was still no reply.

I have tried their Livechat and recieved messages that the user does NOT exsist. I have tryed their phone number, it does NOT work. It was so poorly made that I would be embarrassed to wear it. After spending days trying to contact their customer service, they wanted me to take pictures of the item to prove there was a problem and they refused to refund my money! I'm trying to get my charge reversed with my credit card company, because this merchant is absolutely fraudulent.

And because of that alone, I will purchase my wigs elsewhere. The scarf was ugly and looked nothing like it was supposed to. The moment I took it out the fringe was actually falling off of it. I ended up throwing it away and making my own.

I ended up having to sew them myself. The gloves were atrocious. Huge and not fitting like the picture. The entire costume was awful. I wrote a bad review of the costume on their site and seriously, about 3 days later, the picture they had up changed. Customer service is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. There are many great stores that are from China. While I do not have personal experience or reason to comment on this, I do not want you to be disappointed in a whole area just because of a store that disgusts everyone.

I ordered shoes for my wedding from them. At first, I thought it was amazing that I found wedged heels that I liked because I couldn't find any for a reasonable price.

I proceeded to order my shoes and was happy I had that part over with. Then the problems started. My payment was completed Feb. I figured since they are so far away, they would be taking a bit. My wedding is on April 28th. I had to message Milanoo customer service because I did not receive my shoes and I was worried.

I was given the same response every time I contacted them. When I picked the package up, however, I was so upset. The box for the shoes was beaten as if it was thrown around and the way it was taped was as if the box was already like this.

My shoes are missing diamonds and the string of diamonds down the side are falling off. I do not have the money to go buy a new pair of shoes!
